Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is the author of numerous famous American cookery books. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. The show is on since 2002. Ina was employed in the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policy documents as well as the budget. Ina initially enjoyed the intellectual rigors of the job, but soon lost the interest. In her place, she purchased Barefoot Contessa, a specialty restaurant. It took her 18 years to turn the store into wildly successful, before she closed the business. Then she began writing the first of many cookbooks. Numerous magazines and cookbooks were later published. In the meantime, her Food Network show was also an enormous success. She sells many items, from the ingredients needed for cooking to kitchenware and storage. Ina, who is self-taught she has never attended an institution for cooking or the hotel. Her name is known for her effortless approach to entertainment and simple cooking. Her best-known recipes include Skillet Lemon Chicken roasted by Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars as well as Mac and cheese.
