Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in the year 1962. She is an American actress. In 1983, after her first film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack part of WarGames in 1983 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was well-known as a member of the group. Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award in 1998 for best female character. The reason for this was her performance in the role of Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. Her career in film began in the her early 80s when she was featured as a character actress for the crime-drama film, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie, which also featured popular actor Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success with her debut film, she later appeared in the 1985 comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film, written by him, is one of the most acclaimed high-school movies in history. The film was made for less than $1,000,000 however it made over $50 million. In the meantime, she was also appearing in various TV shows including CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. In April 1980, the show started airing. The show was designed for young people. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues are other programs on TV where she was a part of. One of her most recent appearances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story featuring a female superhero in which Sheedy appears in a cameo. Sheedy, for her incredible performances won many awards. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' Silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
